Refund & cancellation policy

Why our policy is simple

Every feature of novel pdf studio can be tested free for 7 days — full features, no watermark — before any payment. Because the licence key is delivered instantly and works immediately, a delivered licence key is generally non-refundable.

We do refund, promptly, when:

• You were charged but received no key — contact us with the payment reference; we first deliver the key, and refund in full if we cannot.
• Duplicate payment for the same order — the duplicate is refunded in full.
• The software fails to activate or run on a supported system and our support cannot resolve it within 7 days of purchase — full refund.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 working days.

Cancellation

Subscriptions never auto-renew and we never auto-charge, so there is nothing to cancel — a subscription simply lapses at the end of its year unless you choose to renew.
