The most important part

The application never uploads your documents. Signing, compressing, converting, editing and filing all run on your own computer. There is no document cloud, no telemetry of file contents, and no account required to use the software.

What we do collect, and why

Trial registration — name, email, mobile — to send your verification code and download links, and to tell you about the product.
Purchase and billing details — name, company, billing address, GSTIN, email, mobile — to issue your licence and the invoice records we are required to keep.
Licence activations — an anonymised machine identifier per activated computer — to enforce the 2-computer limit and let you free a seat.
Download logs — which installer was downloaded, when, from which IP — for security and licence compliance.
Support correspondence — what you send us via the forms, kept with your ticket.

What we never collect

Card/UPI/banking credentials (payments are handled entirely by Razorpay on their systems), the contents of your documents, and your DSC token PIN (it never leaves your computer).

Sharing

We share data only with the services needed to serve you: Razorpay (payment processing) and our email provider (sending your key, invoice and support replies). We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.

Retention and your rights

Invoices and licence records are kept as required by Indian tax law. Trial-lead data is kept while relevant. Write to support@noveldigitalindia.com to access or correct your data, or to have non-statutory data deleted.
